• A toast notification prompts users to say "Answer" or "Decline" during incoming calls.
• This notification gets stuck even after the call ends, freezing parts of the screen.
• It also obscures caller ID, making it difficult to identify who’s calling.

This issue is tied to Google Assistant's Quick Phrases feature, which lets users answer or reject calls with voice commands without saying "Hey Google."

Temporary Fix: Force Stop the Google App

If you’re experiencing this bug, you can temporarily resolve it by force-stopping the Google app. Here’s how:

1. Open Settings on your phone.
2. Navigate to Apps > Google > See All Apps.
3. Tap Force Stop to close the app.
4. Relaunch the app from the app drawer or the app info page.

This method clears the stuck notification but doesn’t prevent the bug from reappearing during the next call.

Permanent Solution: Disable Quick Phrases

To permanently fix the issue, you’ll need to disable the Quick Phrases feature for incoming calls:

1. Open the Google app.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. Navigate to Settings > Google Assistant > Quick Phrases.
4. Turn off the toggle for Incoming Calls.
