Balochistan Attacks: BLA, Mah Rang Baloch, and Baloch Solidarity Committee Are Two Sides of the Same Coin

Regarding the recent terrorist attacks in Balochistan, sources have revealed that terrorists from the BLA and BLF targeted unarmed civilians, including women and children. This strategy of indiscriminately targeting soft targets through the use of violence is a blatant violation of the laws of war and human rights.

Sources indicate that the recent attacks are a sign of desperation from these elements, as the Baloch Solidarity Committee has failed to achieve its objectives.

According to sources, BLA and BLF terrorists are enemies of the people of Pakistan and Balochistan, as well as the developmental projects in the region. These terrorists are undoubtedly working at the behest of hostile intelligence agencies.

Sources stated that law enforcement agencies responded swiftly and effectively to all incidents, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy. The state and the government of Pakistan will not succumb to pressure from such cowardly attacks. Law enforcement agencies will respond decisively to these actions and will not hesitate to make any sacrifices in the defense of Pakistan and its people.

On the night of August 25th and 26th, the BLA carried out multiple attacks in various parts of Balochistan, resulting in the martyrdom of several innocent Pakistani civilians. However, nearly 24 hours later, neither Mah Rang Baloch, the Baloch Solidarity Committee, Sumi Baloch, nor their subversive agents—who have been attempting to disrupt peace and order in Balochistan—have condemned these attacks or expressed sorrow over the loss of innocent lives. Similarly, the liberal brigade that supports them has also remained silent.

Sources say it has become evident that the BLA terrorists, Mah Rang Baloch, and the Baloch Solidarity Committee are two sides of the same coin. The DG ISPR correctly identified this issue when he referred to them as proxies of terrorists. The state must immediately register FIRs against Mah Rang Baloch and the operatives of the Baloch Solidarity Committee for facilitating the killing of innocent people and bring them to justice. Without holding these elements accountable, innocent Pakistanis who have shed their blood in Balochistan will not receive justice. The state must now make tough decisions.
