Kartik Aaryan Reveals What Ranbir Kapoor Took Away from Him

Bollywood's young hero, Kartik Aaryan, revealed that Ranbir Kapoor took away something he cherished.

Establishing a place in the Indian film industry without belonging to a film family is no easy task, yet Kartik Aaryan is among the few actors who made his mark in Bollywood right after his debut film. Currently, he is the first choice for many brands and directors.

His first film, "Pyaar Ka Punchnama," was released in 2011 and was directed by Luv Ranjan. Despite its unconventional theme, the film was a big hit.

During the promotion of his new film "Chandu Champion," Kartik disclosed that Ranbir Kapoor took away his favorite director, Luv Ranjan, from him.

In a light-hearted conversation with a website, he joked, "He took my director away at that time, keep your director safe."

Ranbir Kapoor played the lead role opposite Shraddha Kapoor in Luv Ranjan's film "Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar," which was a box office hit.

Previously, Kartik Aaryan had worked with Luv Ranjan in "Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2" and "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety," both of which were successful films, and Kartik's comment referred to this context.

Why Did Kartik Aaryan Reject Fairness Cream and Pan Masala Ads?

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan, who has proven his talents in the industry for over a decade and a half, is also a part of numerous famous brands.

Recently, during an interview with Indian media, Kartik revealed that he no longer wants to be the face of fairness creams or pan masala brands because he believes it is wrong.

Kartik mentioned that he refused to renew his contract with a fairness brand despite having been part of its face cream advertisements for a long time. He decided not to renew the contract because he realized it was wrong.

The actor stated that he has received multiple offers for advertising pan masala and other brands, but he has refused them. He clarified that he has no connection with these products and tries to decline such offers as much as possible. Kartik added, "I can't say who is right or wrong; everyone has their own style, but it doesn't align with my plans."
