No one could have imagined that inflation would drop to 1.5%: Khawaja Asif

Defense Minister Khawaja Mohammad Asif said that politicians resolve political differences, and no one could have imagined that the inflation rate would drop to 1.5%.

Speaking to the media, Khawaja Mohammad Asif said that yesterday, the U.S. stock market crashed, while the Pakistan Stock Exchange crossed the 120,000 mark.

He further stated that the founder of PTI was a pickpocket. He said he used to tell his colleagues in the assembly that if money didn’t come out of his pocket, he would apologize. Now the founder says that unless he is taken along, he won’t participate in any party meeting.

Khawaja Asif said that the government has provided a 16 to 17 percent electricity discount to consumers. Maryam Nawaz is making significant efforts for Punjab.

He mentioned that next month, the situation in this district will change. By June, the Sialkot-Kharian Motorway will be operational. The Sialkot Ring Road is under construction, and whenever Nawaz Sharif returns, a new era of development will begin. Our allies are working under the leadership of their leadership.

Khawaja Asif said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan are under the threat of terrorism. The Pakistan Army is sacrificing lives to protect the country. He added that although he had also been in prison, now meetings and press conferences are taking place, and the journey of progress will continue in the country.

He added that Shehbaz Sharif has made the impossible possible in the past year. The IMF also acknowledges the country's development, and they used to tell the U.S. to make statements, but even the U.S. hasn’t issued any statements.

He further stated that through the no-confidence motion, power was taken from PTI, and at that time, the country was in chaos. Their leader is an international thief.

Khawaja Asif said that they talk about winning the Nobel Prize, but for now, they’ve been sentenced to 14 years in prison. When we were in prison, we were provided food at the langar, but now they have access to all kinds of food.

He added that they used to tell overseas Pakistanis not to send money, but this strategy failed. Record amounts of money have come into the country from abroad, and there has been an increase in the stock exchange and exports.
