Civil court and officials are being tortured after Adil Bazai's rehabilitation: Sheikh Waqas Akram

PTI spokesperson Sheikh Waqas Akram has alleged that after the reinstatement of Adil Bazai by the Supreme Court, civil courts and officials are being subjected to violence.

In a press conference in Peshawar, PTI's central information secretary Sheikh Waqas Akram stated that the Supreme Court's decision regarding the young member of the National Assembly from Balochistan is being ignored.

He mentioned that Adil Bazai was reinstated by the Supreme Court's order, while Pakistan Muslim League (N) had submitted an affidavit on the 19th, which had been with the Election Commission for nine months.

He claimed that whenever an affidavit is brought, it undergoes forensic examination. A fake affidavit was submitted by Shehbaz Sharif, and it required the oath commissioner's license for verification, but the license had expired.

Sheikh Waqas Akram alleged that after the Supreme Court's decision on December 12, an FIR was registered against Saeed Ahmed, and all records are with them. Saeed Ahmed was taken into custody.

He stated that after Adil Khan Bazai's reinstatement, Saeed Ahmed was tortured, and civil courts and officials are being beaten. Therefore, they should be provided security. If anything happens to Adil Bazai's family, the responsibility will lie with the Prime Minister.

He claimed that civil courts are being pressured against the Supreme Court's decision. They want to end media freedom and work against PTI on social media.

The PTI spokesperson said that they will gather all opposition parties and protest.
