According to foreign media reports, at least 13 people are still missing due to the wildfire, while over 12,000 homes and buildings have been reduced to ashes.
Reports indicate concerns that the number of casualties may rise further.
Around 150,000 people have already been relocated to safer areas, while another 166,000 have been warned to evacuate.
Meanwhile, experts have warned that it may take several weeks to fully control the massive blaze.
Additionally, a night curfew has been imposed in the affected areas to curb incidents of looting.
Foreign media further reported that more than 12,000 firefighters, 1,150 fire engines, 60 aircraft, and 143 water tankers are engaged in firefighting efforts.
A large-scale investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
