In a press conference, Chairman of the Petroleum Dealers Association, Sami Khan, stated that today's strike was very successful, but our people were threatened and intimidated. This strike was not easy as the entire state and government were against it.

He said that tourists are facing significant difficulties at the moment, which is why we are calling off the strike. Although we are postponing the strike, we will not back down from our demands.

He mentioned that tourists have gone to Malakand, Swat, and Hazara, hence we are ending the strike. The strike was not easy because the entire government was against it.

Abdul Sami noted that there is now a higher likelihood of smuggled petrol being sold in the country, and the government has implemented double taxation.
