Modi Government Starts Malicious Campaign Against Opposition State Governments

In the eastern Indian state of West Bengal, the case of the rape and brutal murder of a junior doctor is being heavily publicized. The Modi government has seized this opportunity to stir unrest against opposition-ruled states and has started implementing a conspiracy with full focus.

The state of West Bengal is governed by the Trinamool Congress. The leader of this party and the state's Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee, has been a staunch critic of the Modi government and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The incident of a junior doctor being raped and murdered by a police officer at Kolkata's R.G. Kar Medical College is being excessively highlighted, with efforts being made to disrupt the situation not only in West Bengal but also in other states where the BJP is not in power.

An enraged mob attacked the college in Kolkata yesterday, where the police officer had committed the rape and murder of the junior doctor. The violent crowd caused damage to the property and assaulted the police officers present there.

So far, 19 people have been arrested through videos of the incidents. The police have stated that targeting police officers under the guise of protests will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Political analysts believe that the Modi government has amplified this entire issue. Several states are being encouraged to register FIRs within six hours in any case of sexual assault against women.

Additionally, people in multiple states are being incited to protest against the West Bengal government over the rape and murder of the junior doctor in Kolkata, in an effort to tarnish the state's administration as much as possible.

Following the central government's lead, doctors at a medical college in Amritsar, Punjab, have also announced a strike. Protests have been held in several states, encouraging women to outright reject the advice to stay indoors at night. After the Kolkata incident, the West Bengal government had advised the female staff members of the concerned college to avoid going out at night.

Nationwide protests, encouraged by the central government, are being held where women are determined to defend their right to go out at night. The record of respecting women in many states of India is extremely shameful.

In cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and many others, incidents of women being abducted, raped, and then murdered continue to occur frequently. In such situations, local administrations emphasize that women should avoid stepping out of their homes at night, especially alone.
